Today was Alayna's first day of High School! WOW! She will be our 3rd generation at El Cerrito High School. Both my parents and their brothers graduated from ECHS, as well as Kendra, Kalyn, and I. Now, onto the next generation. Amazing!
Alayna is an excellent student. She love to be around people and learn new things. She will be very busy balancing her academics and her extracurricular activities but she always rises to the occasion and excels. I am proud of who she is and all of her accomplishments.
I have always taken a picture of Alayna on the first day of school and although she is now starting high school, I still get my picture. Only 3 more first days of school! I can't believe my time with her is getting shorter and shorter. Scary!
