Today we went to Santa Cruz with the El Cerrito High School Gaucho Marching Band (GMB) and the Color Guard. Alayna is a Flaggie and I am the Color Guard Coach/Teacher Sponsor. I love all 27 of my girls. We were there for the Santa Cruz Band Review. The band and color guard are judged on a variety of items as they parade past a panel of judges. We never win but that's besides the point. The kids had a great time with each other and then playing around at the boardwalk after the judging.
